“We adopted our Lucy (formerly named Oyster) last summer at AG. She was so tiny! We knew right when we saw her she was our fur baby. We had a cat named Mina Harker (named for the character in “Dracula”) who passed away in May. We swore no more pets because she was so special to us. Mina had also been a rescue. After about a month we decided Mina would want us to adopt a rescue cat, which led us to AG. We changed Oyster’s name to Lucy Westenra, Mina’s best friend! The folks at AG were so friendly and helpful. If you are considering rescuing a cat or dog you can’t go wrong at Amazing Grace!

“I walked in looking to adopt a kitten when i saw this fluff ball meowing at me and reaching through the cage bars. He was full grown and i looked at other cats for and hour while donnie continuously meowed at me. I decided he was the one to be brought home. The wonderful staff at amazing grace told me he was a staff favorite and he had been there for 2 months. He’s been the most wonderful cat. He loves the other cats we have and he welcomes additions to the family. He sleeps with our pitbull and the other 4 cats we have. He loves kids and just all other people. He will eat anything and everything. He loves to be held, cuddles and just loved on. He loves to go outside with us and he loves to lounge on everything.
